SCENE | Moonshine Hill VintageI am loving being introduced to all these quality vintage online retailers who have a great curation that's also affordable. The lastest one to come across my radar is the shop Moonshine Hill out of Central Texas. Everything in the shop is sourced from the Lone Star State across different regions and eras of Texan style. Buyer Katy Jones is as inspired by southwestern workwear of the West Texas desert as she is the old Southern gentility of the East Texas piney woods, or as she put it, "The idea of a rough-and-tumble Texas lifestyle, half cowboy, half filthy-rich-oilman is the inspiration for our stock." Can't argue with that. Here are a few of my favorites:
Some Kind of Trouble Jean Jacket ($75); Justin Fringed Work Boots ($45); Indigo Dyed Doilies ($25); Brass Cow Belt ($24); Silk and Sequin Evening Jacket ($65); 1970s Levi's Plowboy Farmer's Wrap Jacket ($55).
