My love for MiH is no secret, and it has grown and grown as I've gotten to know the label better. Last week I met with MiH designer Chloe Lonsdale while she was in town from London and we talked about her upcoming collection as well as the MiH Boiler Suit ($297). Lonsdale said the suit is inspired by the original all-in-ones that were sold in her father's Jean Machine stores in the 1970's. Aside from the denim, they sold more flying suits than anything else, and Lonsdale has always wanted to produce a really great version of them.
