Let's be honest we all want Summer to finally arrive because us ladies want to get into our little playsuits and wear skirts without tights right? Yeah you agree with me...but unfortunately the weather in Edinburgh has particularly been dreary and rainy of late but I'm certainly still embracing the Summer look but carrying it out with jackets for the meantime. A bright,overly patterned or highly embellished jacket is a great way to stay warm but still make a impact with our style!

It's all about using what you got in your wardrobe from past seasons and adjusting, modernising it to be in the now! Get creative by embellishing last summers blazers,leathers jackets and crop jackets! Think about it you will be wearing something that no one else will be wearing so therefore you will be unique on your catwalk of life!

Do it! I'm off to work,I'm all revved up to be a true River Island girl with the rest of my fabulous team dressed top to bottom in River of course!
