Just got done cookin my first spanish tortilla!!! I´m very pround of myself cuz I had never tried to do it all by myself (gotta admit it was a little hard to flip it cuz it´s pretty big — 40 cm. diam). It tasted really good too!!! Kudos to MEEEEEE!!!! :)
