Back to Copenhagen! Not posting so much today, just wanted to share something i saw on tv the other day. There´s this bakery in NYC, called Cofetti Cakes. It caught my attention cuz the baker is an awesome artist. Elisa Strauss is a young woman on her thirties and she runs this top New York City-based bakery specialized in custom design cakes. She´s also the author of some books..She studied arts and worked for Ralph Lauren. While working for the guy, she was asked to design Ralph Lauren´s birthday cake in the shape of a Bugatti, his favorite sports car, and that´s how everything started....I think her work is really cool.
