The Big shoulders are BACK!!..The 80's have definitely made their way into the this Spring/Summer season for sure! Now Im sure you are all thinking...how terrible...and how unflattering big shoulders are. But I asure you that the designers have taken the big shoulder effect in a way that is flaterring and subtle.
