I have been hearing allot about the arrival of the Olsen's Book. There has been huge anticipation about it and its finally out. I have been reading allot reviews about it and I'm so glad to see that there has been allot more positive reviews than negative reviews..not that I'm surprised. I'm very eager to go purchase it as soon as possible. All the good reviews have gotten me extremely excited to just dive into it these holidays. I'm have decided to make it the Book of the Moment..I have attached a synopsis of the book on the side bar of my blog so you can get an idea of what the book has to offer and why you should definitely go check it out, because its definitely worth it.

Once I have bought it and have started to read it, I will let you ladies know what I think of it and give my own personal review of it. If anyone has read it please let me know what you think of it, I would love to know what your view of the book is! Whether it be positive or negative!

Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen, known around the world for their individual, unique style have emerged as two of our shared culture’s most influential women. They interviewed 20 people—and wrote brief essays about each other. In each interview, the girls explore what inspires the interviewee and the interviewee, in turn, explains how they became themselves. The interviewees include: Karl Lagerfeld, Diane Von Furstenburg, John Galliano and Christian Louboutin, among others. Each interview is both educational and inspiring and is preceded by an introduction written by Mary-Kate or Ashley, or both. The interviews are accompanied by a great variety of photographs and drawings provided by the interviewees—many of which are exclusive to Influence. The sections devoted to Mary-Kate and Ashley are quite extensive and filled with never-before-seen photographs and materials from Ashley and Mary-Kate’s private collections.

Internationally famous photographer Rankin shot the cover images and many interior shots. The book is designed by renowned book-designer Rodrigo Corral and edited by fashion and arts writer Derek Blasberg.

Both Mary-Kate and Ashley were instrumental in setting up, conducting and writing the interviews and introductions. They spent days working with Rodrigo Corral on the layout of each spread and they painstakingly reviewed each image included in the book. Influence is perhaps most inspiring because of how much it meant to MK and Ashley to construct a beautiful book that conveys to the reader where they are in their creative and professional lives and who they look to as they continue to grow and change.
