The Grecian trend is definitely proven to be the most favourite Spring/Summer 2008 trend and its so obvious why. The Greco-roman style inspired dresses are not only sexy, floaty and feminine but so easy and comfortable to wear. I love clothing that is effortless simple but still looks glamorous. What is great about this trend is that its works very nicely with many different shapes and styles. Because there are various Grecian styles you can achieve this trend by wearing either tunics, sexy toga-style mini dresses or floaty feminine full-length dresses/gowns. The simple fabrics that are draped and intricately folded are extremely flattering to the body.

Some of the designers from the Spring/Summer 08 collections like Donna Karin, Alberta Ferretti, Very Wang used the Greco-roman styles as the inspiration for their collections.
