The temperature soared in the jungle last night as sexy Gemma Atkinson took another shower in her skimpy bikini and admitted she fancies older men. The curvy 23-year-old said she had a soft spot for actors such as Ray Winstone, 50, and Al Pacino, 67, and like more mature men. The conversation in the camp also took a darker turn as the celebs discussed horror stories about taking drugs.
Sizzling: Gemma Atkinson strips off for a jungle shower Former boyband star Jason "F" Brown, 31, said he nearly went "insane" on LSD. "One time I went on the stereotypical bad trip you know well, with acid basically," he said: "I can honestly say on that night I kind of touched on real, real madness and it was unbelievable what went on." PR guru Lynne Franks, 59, confessed she lost the plot after taking magic mushrooms saying: "I was at a concert surrounded by people and I absolutely freaked out." Gemma said she had a bad experience with the same drug. She said: "It was awful. I hated it. That's when I said never, ever again." Singer Cerys Matthews said she was once hooked on drugs and spent a long time affected by them through terrifying hallucinations.
Gemma set pulses racing when she admitted she has the hots for older men She said: "I have had flashbacks for 10 years. I can be walking down the street and see people's faces melting and people with pigs' ears on their heads - and this is sober. "It's stopped now but it went on for a long time and when you start doing that sober - that's why I tread very carefully, you know." Lynne was later thrown out of the I'm a Celebrity jungle and immediately criticised fellow contestants Janice Dickinson and Rodney Marsh. Franks branded former model Dickinson "two faced" and said she would "be fine" if she never saw her again. She then called Marsh "a nasty piece of work" and accused him of being "ungracious". The public decided that the PR guru should go ahead of former Catatonia singer Cerys Matthews.
Lynne Franks said of her 13 days on I'm A Celebrity: 'I've done jungle before but this is the hardest' Franks survived just 13 days in the jungle, which included being pecked by ostriches. On her exit she said of the group: "I love those guys and had such a fantastic time but I was so ready to go. "I had a wonderful day yesterday and I am going out on a high. "It's time to get clean. You know, clean hair, clean fingernails, clean underwear and have a bath."
Lynne is the third person to be evicted from the jungle She was close to tears when watching the highlights of her time in the jungle and said she hoped that Gemma Atkinson or "J" Brown would win. Meanwhile, earlier in the show, she begged the public not to let Dickinson be crowned Queen of the Jungle. The pair have been at each other's throats since the reality show began. Franks is desperate for the 70s supermodel to be voted out before the final.
Rivals: Janice and Lynne failed to see eye-to-eye in the jungle "It's Janice that I want to kill again today," she told Christopher Biggins. "She takes over, I hate her. They (the viewers) must like her, they keep voting her in. As long as they can see how obnoxious she is. "Do they find her funny in her awfulness, is that what it is? It's not funny because the meanness is there, sometimes she can be kind but only when it shows her in a good light." Biggins reassured her: "She won't win." Franks replied: "Oh, I hope not. I hope she doesn't win, it's not fair, and she's not a very nice person. "She's a bore and a liar, limited intelligence. When I first met her we were talking about a very close friend of mine that used to work with her as well. She died of cancer and I asked her if she'd gone to see her and she said no. She's mean, mean, mean." Panto star Biggins chipped in: "She has no powers of observation. "The other day when I had that blue leotard on, she didn't even notice for 20 minutes. Walked right past me."
Rodney Marsh and Anna Ryder Richardson are lowered under the water while in the cage for the BushTucker Trial 'Dreading water' They are not the only jungle dwellers to tire of Dickinson. The former model regaled the group with a tale of meeting Beatle George Harrison, recalling that he played the mandolin for her in a Bel Air hotel. When she finished, former footballer Rodney Marsh said: "You could have shortened that story by about 50 per cent." Dickinson snapped back: "I reckon you can sit there and hang your gob." "Oh, shut up, woman, I'm having fun," Marsh said.
Anna meets some hostile marine life. Rodney attempted to reassure her by telling her to 'relax' Later Marsh and Anna Ryder Richardson triumphed in their joint Bushtucker Trial. The pair teamed up on an underwater task. Marsh has infuriated female viewers with his comments about women. But he had to eat his words after Ryder Richardson put in a sterling performance - while he fell over and had to be helped to his feet by rescue divers. The Dread Water trial saw the duo lowered into a tank of water wearing diving bells.
Anna realises volunteering to take part in this trial probably wasn't the best move They had to retrieve stars from clear plastic spheres filled with creatures from the deep, including eels, lizards, frogs, yabbies, crocodiles and alligators. "I'm not doing it, I'm not doing it," screamed a terrified Ryder Richardson, but she overcame her fears. At one point a water monitor lizard got stuck in her helmet. The pair retrieved all nine stars. An impressed Marsh told the Changing Rooms designer: "You went for it, it was brilliant."
